My Design Process

My UX Design process is structured around 4 key Phases: Discovery, Define, Design and Deliver:

  • In the Discovery phase, I conduct thorough user research and market analysis to understand the problem space.

  • During the Define phase, I synthesize insights to clearly articulate user needs and project goals.

  • The Design phase involves creating wireframes, prototypes using Figma to iterate based on feedback and usability testing.

  • Finally, in the Deliver phase, I collaborate closely with developers to ensure the design is implemented accurately and monitor the product post-launch to make data-driven improvements.

This approach ensures that every project is user-centered, strategic and impactful.

Skipcart Mobile App Experience

I contributed to the redesign of the Skipcart mobile app experience for iOS/Android, focusing on enhancing the overall user experience. My role involved collaborating with cross-functional teams to conduct user research, identify pain points, and gather insights that informed my design decisions. Redesigned CIO Design’s DRMS (Directory Resource Management System) application, an internal platform for managing global contractor engagements. My responsibilities included conducting comprehensive user research to identify pain points and gathering insights, which informed the design strategy. This project involved creating a seamless user experience across multiple devices including mobile apps, tablets, and desktops. My role included conducting user research to identify pain points and gathering insights from both managerial and associate perspectives, which informed the design strategy.
